Having worked for a year and a half on the release of Otto Warmbier from North Korean prison, Governor Richardson answers questions from the worldwide community upon his return. Gov. Richardson namely laments the fact that Otto has been in a coma, and disputes the North Korean story for how his health declined. He discusses the nature of our relationship with North Korea, and the urgent need to get the rest of the imprisoned Americans back home.
