Today Show Interview: Governor Richardson Speaks On North Korea and Otto Warmbier

      The State Department is asking the North Korean government to immediately release University of Virginia student Otto Warmbier, who has been detained for a year after stealing a political banner from a hotel. The student was sentenced to 15 years of hard labor. Governor Richardson speaks out regarding health concerns for the student as well as the issues surrounding his release.
